Scottish soldier dressed as a woman to the funeral of his friend.

Two Scottish soldiers were pledged between joke and serious, that if either of them died, the other would attend his funeral dressed as a woman, color fluor, pink stockings and black shoes. One of two soldiers is Barry Delaney, the other was Kevin Elliot. Barry kept his promise.

Kevin Elliot is dead and his companion kept his promise, to attend the cemetery of Dundee, Scotland, the funeral of his friend Kevin Elliott, who died in combat against the Taliban in Hellmand province, Afghanistan, dressed as a woman, as was mutual order that had become his friend. "The family respected the wish of the deceased."

The promise was fulfilled, with tears in their eyes, the soldier gave a farewell to his fellow battle.
